What you should know beforehand

Through a participating practice. Your doctor enrols you and you sign a declaration of participation. After that, we get in touch with you.

Yes, if your practice takes part in the contract. Otherwise you would need to switch – or pHKP may be the better option for you.

Yes. Taking part is voluntary and you can end it at any time.
