Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 Consumer Dispute Resolution Act – VSBG). If you are not happy with our work, please talk to us directly – we will look for a solution together with you.
